Bri-Anne Palacios - MSW, SWC
Individual Counselor
(She/Her/Hers)

Being a teen or an adult in today’s world is like trying to run a marathon with a backpack full of bricks while people scream conflicting advice at you from every direction.
"Be yourself!"
"Not like that."
"Grow up!"
"But don’t change!"
Honestly? No wonder you're overwhelmed.

You’re not “too much.” You’re not “too sensitive.” You’re not broken. You’re a human being navigating the chaos of life, trying to keep it together when the world keeps throwing curveballs—and I see you. Whether you're dealing with anxiety that won’t shut off, past experiences that still haunt you, or just feeling stuck and overwhelmed, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, people-pleasing, identity stuff, family chaos, or just trying to figure out how to exist without feeling like you're constantly screwing it all up—I got you.

I work with teens and young adults who are tired of feeling like they're too much, not enough, or somehow both at the same time. Therapy with me isn’t about sitting in awkward silence while I ask you how something makes you feel for the hundredth time. It’s about real conversations, building actual coping skills, setting boundaries that work, and learning how to stop shrinking yourself to make other people comfortable.

No fluff. No fake inspirational quotes. Just honest support and tools you can actually use when life is punching you in the face. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to show up as you are—and we’ll work from there.

Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you find you. Your voice. Your worth. Your power. You’re not a diagnosis—you’re a story still being written. And I’m here to help you write the next chapter.

If you are ready to start your healing journey, feel free to schedule a consult with me at bri-anne@aphoenix.org.
