Navigating Life in a World That Feels Like It’s on Fire

The state of the world today is enough to make anyone feel unsteady. If you’re struggling to process the weight of global events, personal trauma, or just the everyday stress of surviving in a world that often feels too much—I get it. My goal is to help you process, heal, and move forward in a way that feels authentic to you, not just what others expect from you.

You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s figure it out—together.

Transform Your Relationship – Without the Sugarcoating

Life is complicated—whether you're in a monogamous partnership, navigating the dynamics of polyamory, or somewhere in between. Real connection takes work, and let’s be honest, no one gave you a manual on how to communicate, handle conflict, or keep the spark alive.

That’s where I come in.

I help individuals and partners cut through the noise and get real about their relationships. No fluff, no outdated advice—just raw, practical strategies that actually work. Whether you're struggling with communication breakdowns, navigating sexual roadblocks, or trying to make sense of complex emotions, I offer guidance that’s honest, unfiltered, and tailored to your unique dynamic.

I’m a straightforward, direct, and blunt clinician who believes in cutting through the noise and getting straight to the root of your relationship struggles. I’m not here to waste your time or mine. My goal is to help you tackle the real issues head-on and find practical solutions that actually work—without the fluff, guilt trips, or sugarcoating.

I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Brainspotting, and more. I use these approaches to help you and your partner(s) break destructive patterns, improve communication, and build a relationship that’s not just functional—but deeply connected and fulfilling.

Discernment Therapy – When Clarity Is the Goal

Also, Not all relationships are meant to work out, and not every couple is meant to stay together. Sometimes, the healthiest thing you can do is figure out whether to repair or release your relationship. I offer Discernment Therapy to help individuals and couples gain clarity, process their emotions, and navigate the next steps—whether that means healing together or finding the best way to part ways with respect and understanding.

Your relationship deserves more than just “making it work.” It deserves growth, depth, and connection that lasts. Let’s make that happen.
