You’ve tried everything you can think of and are tired of doing it alone. I can be there for you as we work through all the struggles you may have, you don’t have to be alone in this. If you want to finally feel comfortable in your own skin, feel connected to others in your life, and get rid of those feelings of worthlessness, I’d love to show up for you. As someone who has dealt with constantly having to adjust to new environments, I know that life can be overwhelming at times. That is why it is important for me to guide and teach others positive self-talk and healthy coping skills to deal with life’s stressors. I understand that there is no playbook on life and mental health issues look different for everyone.
I see a therapeutic relationship as a partnership that requires communication, respect, mutual trust, and active participation during our time together. I take pride in celebrating people from all walks of life
