Renee Brown - LPCC (She/Her/Hers)
Accepting New Clients! Life seems to always give you the short end of the stick. Caught in the thinking trap of wanting to be more but not being able to go forward. Struggling to find your place in the world. You catch yourself wondering, “Who am I and what do I want to be?” Looking for understanding and validation from the people closest to you has never worked out, because they don’t really hear what you’re saying or have the time to listen. You’ve been seen as the problem but feel there is more to you.
I provide counseling services to support adults who are struggling to find their identity while always putting on a brave face for others. My aim is to help clients truly find who they are and work towards a happier future. Anxiety, depression, and intrapersonal conflicts are my thing.
You’d like to find someone who will actually listen, and not just answer with the same old things. I believe in being honest and straightforward, while focusing on leading you toward a future where you feel confident and empowered enough to make positive changes for your life. It's finally time to do something to take care of you. Let's do therapy your way.
If you are ready to start your healing journey, feel free to schedule a consult with me at renee@aphoenix.org or 719-422-5218.
